Stanton Rugs & Broadloom

Stanton Corporation was founded in 1980 by Sy Cohen in New York.

Quick overview of the company, in 1995 they acquired Royal Dutch Carpet, a few years later in August of 1999 continuing to grow they expanded to Dalton Georgia relocating into an 80,000 square foot distribution center.

Over the next decade they acquired Antrim Carpets USA, LTD and Rosecore a division of

S. Shumacher (which was rebranded). With all the new products they were running out of space, so they moved again in 2015 to a new 227,000 square foot distribution center in Calhoun, Georgia. Shortly after they acquired Cresent Carpet & Hibernia Woolen Mills.

Stanton Carpet corporation offers the consumer top of the line products in fashion forward timeless designs. Not only do they offer broadloom that can be custom cut into and custom rug size, they offer collections of ready-made area rugs, roll runners for stair runners & hall runners, ceramic tile, and decorative waterproof vinyl flooring, which was introduced a few years ago. As of 2018 the corporate headquarters is in Woodbury, NY.

You can order complimentary (2-3 samples at a time) of all their broadloom carpet for client color approval. On their website they also offer a visualizer tool so you can upload a photo of your client’s room (while you are in their home) and show them how the material would look as wall to wall or as an area rug. On our Rug Goddess website we offer several of their ready-made simplistic rug designs as well as many of the broadloom carpets figured in large size area rugs as well as round & square rugs since we often receive requests for larger round & square rugs such as 9ft. round rugs, 10 ft. round rugs, 12 ft. round rugs, 9 ft. square rugs, 10 ft. square rugs & 12 ft. square rugs for those 5 ft-8ft dining or kitchen tables. Pricing is provided right on our RG website. You can custom cut their broadloom into virtually any size rug to the inch.

When to go to Stanton: If you need a higher quality wool rug, nylon rug or wall to wall carpeting with a simpler design, in larger sizes such as 6x9, 8x10, 9x12 or 10x14 always check Stanton first, they stock these sizes and can ship quickly from Calhoun Georgia. If you are doing a stair runner or hallway runner, they can make custom runners in almost any width out of any of their broadloom. They still produce ready-made roll runners such as the Alexandra Runner Collection, Anastasia Runner Collection, George V. Runner Collection, and Topkapi Runner Collection.
